Whether you like it or not, your subconscious commands you. It has immense power in controlling your life experiences: from how you react to situations to the actions you take every day, how much you earn, and even the type of food you eat.
Your every action is guided by your subconscious beliefs
Even when you make a conscious decision to go after something you want, it’s your subconscious that determines what you’re going to do and how you’re going to do it, it’s your “autopilot”. It is pre-programmed to follow a specific path and you cannot deviate from that course unless you change the programmed directions first.
There are four methods by which you can reprogram your “inner autopilot”. They are different from each other, but can also be complementary;

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you were humming a jingle you’d heard dozens and dozens of times in a commercial you saw on TV?
Companies know that after you hear their catchphrases over and over again, the likelihood of you buying their products increases dramatically.
you can use the same mechanism to install positive paradigms in your mind, which will influence you day after day to act the way you want and to become the person you have the results you can now only dream of.
passive listening is very effective when used both during the day and at night before sleep.
Passive listening and daytime listening
in the first case, you can play a video with images or short videos that repeat in a loop while a voice repeats the positive affirmations you want to install in your unconscious mind

As in the example of the commercial jingle, no one actively listens, most of the time we HEAR the commercials while eating, while talking to other people, while on the phone, etc.
After a few weeks or months (the time depends on how many negative paradigms you have in your unconscious mind at the moment) you will find yourself without even realizing it acting in a different way, in a positive way towards achieving your goals, whether these are to quit smoking, have more self-confidence or achieve financial freedom.
Passive listening and sleep transition
Before deep sleep, there is a moment of pseudo-lucidity, which transports you between two worlds: on the one hand the consciousness, and on the other the subconscious.
Imagine that you are exactly in the middle of the borderline: you just need to take a step to go one way or the other.
this is the ideal time for passive listening to affirmations as you are in a state very similar to hypnosis where the brain will absorb like a sponge all the affirmations you want to reprogram your mind with
At the same time, during the transition phase, you should never think about negative things because then you will give him the wrong suggestion.
Remember that the unconscious is not interested in the type of information you give it: it will process it anyway.
Reprogram the subconscious mind with affirmations using active repetition

- Express them positively, in the present tense. Tell yourself phrases like “I am confident and successful” and not “I will be confident and successful”; this is because your subconscious only knows the present moment. Also, use positive affirmations. Saying “I am not a failure” is absorbed as “I am a failure” since your subconscious cannot process the negative concepts.
- Recall the corresponding feelings. Saying “I’m rich” while feeling poor only sends conflicting messages to your subconscious mind! Whatever you are saying at that moment, try to feel the corresponding emotions because your subconscious mind will be more inclined to believe it.
- Repeat, repeat, repeat. Affirmations don’t work if you say them once or twice. Repeat them many times throughout the day for the best results. The good thing about this method is that you can adapt it perfectly to your routine.
Optionally, if you want to take full advantage of the active repetition, you can associate it with the visualization
Your subconscious mind responds well to images. Visualization is a great way to program your mind with positive and powerful images. Try spending 10-15 minutes a day visualizing positive scenes about yourself and your life experiences
Here are some things you might want to visualize: Plenty of money, a nice home, fulfilling relationships, an exciting job, health, and a slim and fit body. When you do this consistently, you end up redrawing stored negative images from your past experiences, fears, worries, and doubts.
To further increase the power of the visualization, be sure to accompany the visualization with strong, positive emotions.
As you imagine these beautiful things in your mind you feel the emotions associated with them. Allow the feelings of love, joy, gratitude, and peace to flow through you as if you were actually having these experiences.
Your subconscious will absorb the messages as if they were real! This is the true beauty of visualization: the power to ignore limiting messages and focus on pleasurable images, which are absorbed directly into your subconscious for later playback.
It is important to give this rescheduling process time to work. Don’t expect to see immediate changes.
Be confident and consistent in using these and all other methods at your disposal to reprogram your subconscious mind. As these transformations become evident, you will feel motivated to move forward, but until that happens, persist.
